Products
All the products displayed on this site are available for purchase at our Bowral shop. All items have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available. Any failure by a manufacturer or supplier to deliver, or to deliver in accordance with description, or other unintentional causes, may result in some items being unavailable. Prices quoted are applicable only while stocks last. Cookshop Plus reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints. Images as displayed on the web site are for illustrative purposes only – colours may not appear exactly as per the original, and unless otherwise stated, accessories are not included.
Pricing
Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars. Prices are for Internet Sales only, and prices in our shop in Bowral may vary. Cookshop Plus reserves the right to correct errors, omissions and misprints.
Shipping
Whilst we endeavour to ship products anywhere in the world, due to the increased bulk, and in some cases the weight associated with packing products for international shipment, we reserve the right to increase the shipping charge to cover actual shipping costs, for international orders. You will be contacted to verify that you are willing to accept the additional charges, prior to items being shipped. Where Free shipping promotions are being offered, these do not apply to international shipment. In this case we will contact you with details of shipping costs.
Availability
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety, within the promised shipping period, we will offer you a number of options, including a full refund, partial refund, split shipping etc.
Documentation
We no longer provide printed copies of invoices with the shipment of your order. You will have received an email copy of the invoice, including outstanding balance where applicable, which can be used as a tax invoice.
Packaging
In the interests of reducing packaging use, especially plastic, Cookshop Plus re-uses packaging from deliveries that we receive from our suppliers. We do not purchase separate packaging materials, with the exception of bubble-wrap and packing tape.
